Glad you asked! We connect shoppers, like you, with organisations that want to hear your feedback on their products, brands and services. To do this, we share simple activities through our member’s platform, Shopper Social. You can participate as little or often as you like, but you’ll earn rewards for every activity that you participate in.

You can join our community here. Once you’ve registered and verified your details, we recommend checking in to the site every few days to avoid missing out on rewarding activities.

Anyone can become a Shopper Social member, as long as you’re over 16 years of age and are based in Australia.

We need to know a bit about you so we can match the right activity to your areas of expertise. Sometimes we only want respondents from specific locations or demographics, so knowing more about you personally means we’re more likely to share activities that match your profile.

We'll send you an email notification whenever there's a new activity for you.

Each activity is a bit different. We share our rewards based on the length of time it takes to complete each activity. The longer the research, the more cash credits you accumulate. You can keep track of your credits inside the members portal.

Your rewards will always be visible in the top left-hand of your feed inside Shopper Social.

Once you reach the minimum $10 threshold you can redeem your reward credits for an equal dollar value GiftPay card. You can redeem Giftpay vouchers at a range of popular high street stores including Myer, JB Hi-Fi, Priceline and many more!

You can redeem your credits the moment you reach $10 in value, or leave them in Shopper Social and continue to build them until you’re ready to redeem.

Don’t fret, just nip over to the log in page where you’ll find a ‘Forgotten your password?’ link. Simply click the link and follow the instructions!

Ahh, sorry, no. You’re only allowed to register for one account. If you do set up multiple accounts, we’ll have to close your accounts and you’ll be blocked from the service and all monies forfeited. 😞

You can close your account by navigating to your profile page (just click your profile icon in the top right corner of the website). There, you will see an option to deactivate your account.
